How safe is the payment at MacVatar.com? Radical in design, MacVatar is very conservative when it comes to security and privacy of the clients. We minimize the risks by letting the most trusted payment-processing providers in the world, PayPal and Google Checkout, handle the most sensitive parts of your orders (e.g., credit card information). We only handle the contact and shipping information, which will be encrypted and transmitted to us using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer Protocol). Yes, a MacVatar Skin can be reused several times. Just take the Skin out of the Macbook, place it back to the liner of the Skin (the piece of paper originally attached to the back of the Skin), and reapply the Skin whenever you want. How thick is a MacVatar Skin? Is it soft or hard? A MacVatar Skin is about as thick as 3 normal A4 paper pages stacked together, and as thick as Dell Skin. It is thicker than some protective skins so that : (i) it is more durable, (ii) it can be applied much more easily and (iii) its shape will not be distorted after being removed (for future usage). Is it hard to remove MacVatar Skin from my Macbook? It takes about 20-30 seconds to remove the skin. It can not be easier! Can I remove MacVatar Skin without damaging my Macbook? Rest assured. How can I pay by credit card? (I do not have Google Checkout or PayPal Account) You can pay by credit card by following a few simple steps. It would take a couple minutes and a few clicks: 1. Select the skin(s) you want, and click Add to Cart (the red button at the bottom right of the product description page. This should bring you to Shopping Cart page. Click "Check Out". 2. After you click "Check Out", the Delivery Information page will show up. Fill out your shipping information and click Continue. 3. The "Payment Information" page will show up. Choose your shipping method and click Continue. 3. The "Confirmation Page" page will show up. Click "Confirm order". 4. Payment page by PayPal.com will show up (PayPal is the most popular and trusted payment website in the world). What is your Return, Exchange and Cancelation Policy? Returns Policy You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by macvatar.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Partial Refunds of 50% price will be issued for items that are returned more than 15 days after delivery OR items not returned in the condition it was received. Shipping cost is not refundable.
